YOU GUYS!!!! You have no idea how excited I am for this blog. I finally get to show and tell you all about the collaboration I have been working on with Girl Tribe. This has been a work in progress for around 5 months. The inspiration for this collection comes from some of my favorite tattoos I have gotten over the years. Oh, and you know I somehow had to incorporate my favorite fur baby, Poppy, as you can see on the Poppy sweatshirt.

As you all may, or may not, know our daughter Nevaeh was diagnosed with T1D at the age of 7 and is an absolute warrior. Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF) is an organization that is near and dear to our hearts. We have donated, raised $$, and been very involved with them over the last 7 years. They are doing incredible things through research and advocacy of T1D. One of the most exciting parts of this collaboration for me is that Girl Tribe and I have partnered to donate 10% from all orders directly to Breakthrough T1D. I love partnering with companies that truly value my passions and are willing to adopt them as their own.

This collaboration officially went live on October 3rd and will be open until Nevaeh’s birthday on December 30th. Available sizes in the sweatshirts, sweatpants, and t-shirt is Small-3X. I have the absolute best friend group a girl could ask for. They are so supportive and encouraging. You know we had to have a launch party and all wear our new apparel. I love you all so much!!

LTKCon 2024 was amazing this year!! This event took place in Dallas, TX again. Even though I was completely exhausted from my Trend Management trip, the previous week, I knew this event was going to be amazing. I got to catch up with content creators I already know and love, but also got to meet so many new creators that I have been following and admiring for years. I networked and learned so much from these amazing women. I still came home exhausted but with a full heart and so many ideas I will be implementing in my own business. There is nothing quite like women empowering women. I hope you enjoy getting a little snapshot into my time at LTKCon 2024.

This was such a cool surprise. Our very own performance from the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. I’ve watched their Making the Team show and see how hard their training and job is. Nothing but respect for these ladies.

WOW, this summer has flown by!! You know what they say……..time flies when you are having fun. Falls sports have started this month with both boys playing football and Nevaeh starting up dance again. They are all so excited to be back to their favorite activities. Ethan is also assistant coaching Grayson’s team again this year.

This month we added more memories up at our cabin with friends and family and Ethan continued our updates with more wallpapering of the basement bedrooms. We checked out our local farmers market and picked up lots of goodies. We also attended our first Zach Bryan concert and we are obsessed. To round out the summer we took the kids to “The Great MN Get Together,’ AKA The MN State Fair. We are ready for school to start and to get the kids back into their routine.

We finally attended our first Zach Bryan concert after purchasing the tickets a year ago. Definitely a top 3 concert in our opinion. Ethan and I enjoyed our time with Austin and his friend Adam. Floor seats are incredible.

Sweet Martha’s Cookies are an absolute staple of the MN State Fair. They load that bucket to overflowing. We eat enough to close it and then bring the rest home and freeze them.

Our last summer weekend at the cabin, before school starts, was amazing. My parents joined us as well as one of Austin’s buddies.

We had the best weekend at the cabin mid-August with my parents.. The weather was perfect. The weekend was filled with boating, fishing, tubing with our NEW TUBE, wakeboarding, bonfires, ice cream, and sunshine.

We love our local Farmer’s Market. We didn’t get there as much this summer but we went towards the end of August. I think we maybe bought something at every booth including these beautiful bouquets. We love supporting local small businesses.

Football is underway and started with a bang!! Austin’s team beat the defending state champs in their first game. It’s going to be a fun season.
